Where do you deliver and how much is delivery fee? Can I pick up cake? 

We deliver to Sydney metro and delivery fee varies from $17-25 depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, you are most welcome to pick up your cake, our pick up location is 128 Ashley St, Chatswood (entrance from Ashley St).

How long can your cake last after delivery? How should I store Three Sisters Bakery cakes?

Cakes last up to 3 days. For cakes with fresh cream such as Coconut Pandan and Lemon Raspberry Cake, it is best to keep cake in the fridge. Any other cakes, its best to be kept in room temperature

How many days in advance should I order?

Preset cakes can be ordered the day before (ready for the next day if ordered before 4 pm unless sold out prior). Custom cakes require 7 days notice.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesday to Sunday.

Can I request specific time to deliver?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to deliver by a certain time.

What if there is no one at home?

If there is no one to accept a delivery at the specified address and time, the order will be left at the door (if it is safe to do so). If there is no where safe to leave the cake or the driver can not access a building (such as a unit) , the number registered with the order will be contacted. If the customer can not be contacted, the cake will be returned to Three Sisters Bakery and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations if orders are cancelled 7 business days or more prior to the delivery date, and if the chefs have not started preparing the order. If an order is requested to be cancelled within 7 business days, a $30 administration fee is applied. The customer will receive the full refund less the fee. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery.
